FIT4EAT is a Portuguese training and nutrition app powered by artificial intelligence. The AI builds each person's workout plan from a catalogue of 1,500 exercises and works out the calories and macros of a meal from a photo. The app brings together guided workouts, GPS cardio, recipes and meal plans, the Ary coach, Apple Health integration and a community with weekly leagues to compete with friends. It is free on iOS and Android, with an optional PRO subscription, and is developed by Castles Bay, Lda in Lisbon.
