The Discover tab brings training, food, steps, sleep, heart rate and weight into a dashboard you arrange as you like. It reads and writes Apple Health and Health Connect, shows calories burned over 7, 30 and 90 days, puts everything in a single calendar and closes the month with a shareable recap.

Questions about health and dashboard.
Does it work with Apple Watch, Garmin or other watches?
The app reads and writes Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android). Any watch or band that syncs with one of them brings steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep and workouts into FIT4EAT, and the app's workouts are written back.
Are calories burned added to my calorie target?
No. The calorie target comes from the nutrition plan and the adaptive target; calories burned are shown separately on the Energy screen, so you see the balance without inflating what you can eat.
Can I choose what appears on the dashboard?
Yes. Cards can be dragged, shown and hidden. There's also a home screen widget with your streak and today's progress.
The app is in the stores. Download it, create an account and do your first workout today — it's free.
